Got these skates as a Christmas present for my granddaughter age 14. If your new to buying skates, you really can't go wrong with this one. The one my daughter would want is 550, the same skate an just as good quality in VNLA is 350. Reidells are super expensive an not as attractive of a skate in my opinion. We started in VNLA skates an we are sticking with them. Her trucks, the boot( the pink has scuffed off but that is it) this is a solid investment for a skate at a fabulous price. These skates look a bit rough but everything has held up very well.
